| The Porta Tie & Shade, was master designed for most outdoor events that will allow you to take your pet on the event grounds. The Porta Tie and Shade will hold a beach umbrella or a rain umbrella. There is a clip lock located under the umbrella holder to carry a pail of water or you can place a dish of food or water just under the swivel-arm with out fear of tipping it over. The swivel-arm was designed for a 6 ft lead line to attach to the swivel arm so when the sun and shade moves , so can your pet , to stay in the shade on warm days. The 3 forks at the bottom of the Porta Tie & Shade will prevent any movement of any kind, from the position that you have placed it in,. and will keep any pet (up to 150 lbs.) from pulling it out of the ground. | ||
